PETLAND — "Peek-a-boo, I see you!"
It's probably the most classic game you can play with a baby. And it's cute with all those smiles and giggles. But watching parents instigate a game peek-a-boo, not as cute (sorry parents).
So if you're looking for the cutest instigator of peek-a-boo ever, you've come to the right place.
In this video, you'll see a yellow cockatiel hiding behind a La Croix can, playing a general game of "now you see me, now you don't." The bird chirps and purrs, and generally flirts with its owner, including a classic cat whistle (which is adorable not creepy coming from a bird).
Then the cuteness gets kicked up to 11.
As its owner laughs more and more, the cockatiel starts popping up saying "peek-a-boo" before hiding behind the can again. To top it off, our fine feathered friend then does a perfect imitation of a slide whistle as it slides up and down behind the can.
It's so universally adorable and funny that it might be the first step toward world peace. Because who could be angry about a bright yellow bird with pink cheeks playing peek-a-boo? Who among us could find zero happiness and joy in this short video?
I will admit there is one point of contention — the fake rage some people have about the flavor of La Croix. But let's not argue about something no one really cares about; let's watch the cutest game of peek-a-boo ever.
