Outlook

After a quick round of showers before 8 am along the Wasatch Front, expect the second half of the morning to dry out before scattered showers and storms return to the state this afternoon. The flow of monsoonal moisture is slowly being cut off. Therefore shower activity will be less frequent this afternoon and evening. Highs will warm back to the upper 80s along the Wasatch Front and 90s for St. George. Second half of the week, we will dry out and warm back up to the middle 90s with sunny skies by the weekend.
