THE CHOCOLATE MUSEUM — Dinosaurs. I've seen plenty of replicas in museums. But I've never seen a dinosaur like this.
It's an 8-foot-tall, 550 pound velociraptor, made completely of chocolate, and it's the largest creation yet of world-renowned French chocolatier Amaury Guichon.
Guichon is just as much an artist as he is a chef, as he makes intricate sculptures from chocolate.
How does he do it (after all, as one viewer pointed out, "It's not like that's on YouTube")? Watch the time-lapse video to find out.
Guichon, who was featured in the 2021 Netflix series "School of Chocolate" and now runs a pastry academy in Las Vegas, called the velociraptor his most challenging chocolate creation to date. It took 10 days to complete. His other museum-worthy masterpieces include a 7.5-foot-long chocolate shark, a 7-foot-tall Statue of Liberty, and an 8-foot tall giraffe.

Once created, these statues are put on permanent display at Guichon's school. And if you're wondering how they taste, we'll probably never know. As one commenter said, Guichon is really talented, but "who's going to eat it?"
