SALT LAKE CITY -- The final suspect in the brutal beating death of a West Valley City man has reached a plea deal with prosecutors.
Fonua Kimoana pleaded guilty Monday to charges of murder and aggravated kidnapping.
He was one of three men initially charged with murder, aggravated kidnapping, aggravated burglary and aggravated robbery in connection with the 2008 murder of Jay Wolfinger.
Prosecutors dropped some of the charges in exchange for the guilty plea.
The previous two suspects were sentenced to two terms of 15 years to life in prison. Kimoana will be sentenced in October.
