THE BACKYARD — There are two types of people in this world — those who hate Crocs and those who enjoy wearing blob-like objects on their feet. I happen to fall into the first group. It's not just that Crocs are an eyesore, but they're also dangerous.
Dangerous, you say?
Absolutely. Due to the softness of their foam construction, Crocs have led to injuries around escalators and other machinery. Also, they sometimes promote the buildup of static electricity, which can cause problems involving the sensitive electronics used in healthcare settings.
But for those who love Crocs, I say, "more power to you." You shouldn't let safety and static electricity dictate your fashion choices. Keeping rocking your Crocs and don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
As you can see in this video, certain members of the animal kingdom also have a soft spot for Crocs:
This footage was captured in Brighton, England. And as the fox in the video frolics with a Croc, he acts as though he has just been reunited with his dearest chum.
So for those of you who love Crocs but feel as though you're being judged whenever they wear them out in public, just know that the foxes of East Sussex stand in solidarity with you. Just be aware that they'll mainly show their support by lovingly gnawing on your clogs.
