VERMONT SCENERY — We can all agree that Utah has breathtaking views in all seasons. It is called "Be-UTAH-ful" after all.
But, the Beehive State isn't where all the views are at.
Footage taken Oct. 6 by a drone pilot shows the rich colors of fall foliage in Vermont — from its deep red trees to the gold undertones dancing across the landscape. The video is pretty amazing.
I mean, everyone knows Vermont is gorgeous, but this video really does it justice. The vibrant colors are mesmerizing.
The almost 3 minutes make me want to swap out my dream vacation from Hawaii for Vermont. From the gorgeous views to the peaceful music playing, this video is a great advertisement for the state.
The calm, serene atmosphere really draws you in and, for a moment, you might just believe you're admiring the scenery in person. While seeing the picturesque views in person would be ideal, drone footage is the next best thing.
While I'm sure very few people are looking forward to the impending doom that is winter (temperatures are expected to drop below 30 degrees Fahrenheit across the Wasatch Front this week) this video helps us take a step back and appreciate the changing seasons and the beauty it brings.
So, if you have about 2 minutes and 40 seconds to spare today, I suggest you spend it enjoying the gorgeous autumn colors Vermont has to offer.
