THE ZOO — Humans and cats aren't the only animals that are curious.
Facebook user Xaviera Simons recently posted a video illustrating the curiosity of another animal — the sloth bear. Well, three sloth bears, really, who become overwhelmed with curiosity (and maybe a little confusion) when a bright pink balloon makes its way into the bear enclosure.
Boy howdy, it's everything you could hope for and more. There's comedy and suspense as well as a true "aww" factor.
The bears' adorable reactions — which turn out to be great impressions of both curious toddlers and cats — are enough to lull you into a false sense of security about how dangerous bears really are. After you're thoroughly entertained by this video (and you will be), remember that bears are massive, strong and can scale high cliffs.
