SALT LAKE CITY -- In Utah, residents can always count on certain facts:
1. No matter what time of the day or the weather, somebody is always running.
2. People never remember how to drive in snow.
3. October means more than candy – it’s Warren Miller time!
In Utah, the showings of the latest Warren Miller Entertainment film mark the symbolic opening of a new skiing and snowboarding season. The company’s latest offering, “. . . Like There’s No Tomorrow” is on a 240-city tour with four stops in Utah, starting this weekend. Everyone who buys a ticket will also receive a free lift pass to Canyons Resort.
Mother Nature has given Utah her first dusting of powder, and Warren Miller Entertainment is ready to turn minds to one thing: winter. Narrated by Olympic Gold Medalist Jonny Mosely and shot on location on five different continents, “. . . Like There’s No Tomorrow” will show awe-inspiring shots of skiers. Viewers can watch world-class athletes ski lines that most people could only dream about traversing, including many in Utah. Seven local athletes appear to display the greatest snow on earth.

“We welcome winter with everything we’ve got,” said film director Max Bervy in a press release. “Because, while there’s always a tomorrow, there are only so many dawns with fresh snow.”
One of the film’s themes is “no pressure,” putting aside politics, the economy, and other cold realities to showcase the wonder of winter sports.
