THE KITCHEN — Imagine that you wake up in the middle of the night, desperate for a drink of water. Hmmmm, probably shouldn't have eaten that entire bag of salt and vinegar potato chips right before bed.
Anyhow, you make your way down the dark hallway and into the kitchen. As you gulp down the cool water, you get a strange urge for more potato chips. You glance over toward the cupboard, then decide the best thing to do is get back to bed before you wake up even more and have a hard time getting to sleep.
Turning back toward the hallway, you're confronted with a furry face leering at you in the darkness. That's the stuff of nightmares, right? And it actually happened to the lady in this video.
I've got a few questions after watching this clip. First, what is the dog doing up on the table? That's likely what made the encounter so terrifying for the woman. Second, how did she train her dog to be so quiet? It waits there patiently throughout the entire process of her getting a drink of water, not uttering a single whimper to reveal its presence.
Finally, are the dog's eyes glowing in the camera footage only because they've been illuminated by night-vision technology? Or do the dog's eyes always glow in the dark like that? I hope it's the latter, because that would be a really cool (and creepy) feature.
