WEST JORDAN -- Another golf course bandit struck in West Jordan early Monday morning.

West Jordan police said a man broke into the shop at Mountain View Golf Course on 2400 W. 8660 South.

In the process of breaking in, he set off an alarm. The bandit fled the scene, and police said nothing was stolen.

They don't believe this break-in is related to a string of golf course robberies around the Salt Lake Valley earlier this month.
