PROVO -- A Provo High School student was allowed to return to the baseball team Thursday. He was one of the students caught up in a scandal involving attendance records.
School officials say a student office aide with the password to the school's computer system modified attendance records.
Most of the students involved asked her to change their records, but Bryan Brimhall's attendance was altered without him knowing. When he found out what happened, he kept it to himself, and that's why he got in trouble.
Thursday, the Utah High School Activities Association ruled he could rejoin the team.
