DOG HEAVEN — So often dogs become an integral part of a family.
For parents, it's almost like having another child, but this one doesn't talk back and will snuggle with you well into its teen years. For kids, it's like having another sibling, but for some reason, you don't get too upset with this one when it ruins one of your possessions.
While I assume pretty much every dog owner out there loves their canine friends and would do almost anything for them, I get the feeling not too many of them would build their pet a $500,000 mansion. But that's exactly what a Chinese man did for his dog Sylar.
Your first reaction to this might be to assume this man has way too much money because he's throwing half-a-million dollars into a glorified dog house, but that's not the case. Zhou Tianxiao grew up in an alley in Beijing with his grandmother after his parents left him. Tianxiao dropped out of middle school and spent his days playing video games and drinking. Then one day, Tianxiao bought Sylar and everything changed.
Friday's Have You Seen This?
Tianxiao completely turned his life around and Sylar inspired him to learn how to train dogs and start teaching others to do the same. Through online videos and an online pet store, Tianxiao made over $300,000 and decided all of that money was because of Sylar and that he should use it on him. So he built this doggie paradise for his friend and now he lets other dogs and their owners come enjoy the amenities as well.
