SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- State Rep. Lynn Hemingway is giving up on his bill targeting ticket reselling at sporting and entertainment events.
House Bill 76 would have made it a class C misdemeanor to sell a ticket above the price listed plus any taxes and service charges.
The Salt Lake City Democrat says he worked on the bill for the first few weeks of the session but never found enough support.
