SALT LAKE CITY -- A deal could be in the works for a defendant accused of illegally importing prescription drugs into Utah from Mexico.

A change of plea hearing is scheduled this morning in federal court for Greg Crosby.

Prosecutors say Crosby sold the prescription diet pill Phentermine to thousands of customers through his website, Lighthousemeds.com.

Court documents show Crosby said two partners -- Noah Sifuentes and James Brinton -- helped bring the drug in from Mexico.
