CLEARFIELD -- Clearfield police are investigating a shooting that left one man injured and two people on the run.
Police say it happened around 12:30 a.m. Saturday at a home near 900 East and 2200 South.
When officers arrived, they found a man in the driveway. He had been shot, was semi-conscious but able to tell police that two men accosted him when he arrived home.
The victim was flown to a hospital with a gunshot wound to his back. No word on his condition.
The gunmen fled on foot. Police used K-9s to search but did not find them.
Police don't know a motive for the shooting. They hope to further interview the victim.
