SALT LAKE CITY -- Authorities are investigating a crash that involved a Salt Lake County sheriff's deputy.

Salt Lake City police say the deputy was driving westbound on 3300 South through the intersection of 1300 East around 8 p.m. Sunday when a car turning left collided with his vehicle.
That caused another car to crash.
The drivers sustained some minor injuries.
So far, no word on whether the deputy had his emergency lights on at the time of the collision.
