(KSL News) West Valley police are looking for an armed man who they say tried to steal a car waiting at a stoplight.
Police say a driver was waiting at a light near 4400 West and 3100 South around 8:30 p.m. Sunday when the man broke into the car and tried to pull the driver out.
At one point the carjacker flashed a hand gun.
The driver fought back and was able to drive away and call police.
Officers say the victim suffered minor injuries. They do not have a detailed description of the suspect.
