(KSL News) Come January, residents of northern Utah County could soon see a spike in their sewer bills, or a jump in property taxes, or both.

According to The Daily Herald, sewer officials are debating how and when to bill residents for $140 million worth of improvement projects.

Sewer officials also proposed a $900 hike in impact fees for new homes, a move that will likely have local builders fuming.
