THE SKY — Kyra Poh is just a teenager, but she can do what most people only dream about: She can fly.

Kyra is one of the best indoor skydivers in the world. In 2017, she was crowned "World's Fastest Flyer" at the Wind Games — one of the biggest competitions for indoor skydiving, according to the BBC — and she went back early this year to win again.

This video shows Kyra's solo freestyle flight at the Wind Games in February, and it's pretty incredible to watch. Kyra floats around in a giant wind tube, dancing midair like a ballerina who's never heard of gravity. She's so graceful and coordinated as she twists, turns and treads through the air in the tunnel. And the crowd absolutely loves her. It's one of the coolest things I've ever seen, and in fact, this routine ended up winning her another well-deserved gold medal.

As I was watching, I tried to compare what Kyra was doing with the experience of dancing in normal situations— like, on a floor instead of in the air. Would this be harder? Easier? According to Kyra, it's harder.

"You use all your muscles for this sport," the 15-year-old told the BBC back in 2017. "Even those muscles you never knew existed, they will start to ache. Even your wrists will hurt."

So, even though it sounds incredibly hard, this looks really fun. Maybe I'll get to try it one day, although I'm sure I will be nowhere near as graceful as Kyra. But until then, I'll just enjoy this video.
