BOUNTIFUL, Utah (AP) -- A Woods Cross man charged in the death of a 16-year-old girl may face more charges.
Prosecutors say they're waiting for toxicology reports before they decide whether to file additional charges against 39-year-old Walter Andrew White. He's charged in the July death of 16-year-old Samantha Mikesell.
Police say White told them he and Mikesell planned to commit suicide on July fifth at Bountiful's Mueller Park by ingesting prescription drugs. White told police he woke up the next morning, however, the girl did NOT.
His next court hearing is scheduled for August 18th.
