The people who flip homes are about ready to flip out over the losses they're seeing.
For example, a home above the state Capitol would have sold for $1 million a year ago. Eric Allen with Metrostudy says that house may be selling for $750,000 now.
It means big losses and more foreclosures.
Cheaper homes are faring better. The head of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors says houses selling for less than $300,000 make up 75 percent of the sales in Salt Lake County right now.
