MONROE, Sevier County — Going to the dentist can be a harrowing experience depending on your dental needs, but not so much if properly applied drugs are involved.

Jacey Knight, 7, and her parents can attest to that after Jacey was given Ketamine at a recent dentist’s appointment, and the Knight’s were kind enough to share the hilarious results with us.

In the video, Jacey is obviously a little loopy when she starts going on an imaginary horsey ride, saying “giddy up, horsey” over and over again. She then grabs onto imaginary reins and goes on a rather tumultuous ride. The best part about the horse ride is that Jacey has shown no particular interest in horses before her drug-induced ride, according to her father, Tracy Knight.

Knight said his daughter only got funnier as the day wore on, including carrying on conversations with the character Bertram as she watched “Jessie” on the Disney Channel.

As always with videos like this one, half the fun is hearing the subject’s loved ones laugh and enjoy the unusual behavior from behind the camera. One of Jacey’s parents even delights us with a laughing snort. Always a treat!

Of course, the laughing is all good-natured, and Knight said when Jacey was back to her old self she thought the video was hilarious.
