(KSL News) Authorities arrested a fugitive from Texas in Salt Lake this evening.
The U.S. Marshal's office in Dallas notified colleagues in Utah they believed Justin Smith was here. Smith is wanted in connection with a convenience store robbery a month ago in which the clerk was killed.
Smith has friends and family here, and officers set up surveillance on them and captured Smith without incident.
