(KSL News) A Magna man has been bound over for trial for a murder committed almost 12 years ago.
Billy Charles is charged with first-degree felony murder in the death of his fiancée, Jamie Weiss.
Prosecutors say Charles killed Weiss and then put her in her their bathtub to make it appear like she had accidentally drowned.
Defense attorneys say there's no physical evidence Charles committed the crime.
A trial date for Charles will be set later this month.
