(KSL News) An 18-year-old was shot in the foot overnight.
He was on his way home from a 7-11 on Emery Street when he says someone shot him. His parents drove him to the hospital.
On their way they flagged down a police officer and reported what happened.
So far, all police really know is he says he'd been shot. They say they still have a lot of questions about the story.
Officers say there are lots of holes in the story, and they believe the shooting is gang related.
The 18-year old has a serious foot wound, but it's not life threatening.
