SALT LAKE CITY -- No one is immune from stress, and try as we might, no one has yet found the cure-all to keep tension out of our lives. The best we can do is cope, but thankfully, it's an evolving field of study that doctors, coaches, organizations and even bloggers alike are delving into.
April was National Stress Awareness Month, which brought advice and tips for all kinds of people in all kinds of stressful situations.
