(KSL News) A break in an explosive case from this summer.

Police found and arrested the men who set off a homemade bomb at the Gateway Center in July. The men-- ages 35 and 21-- dumped powder from a firework into a plastic milk bottle and detonated it. No one was injured.

The two claim they wanted to scare people, and planned to do it again. They've been charged with posession of explosive parts, which is a felony.
