(KSL News) The latest person to be arrested in the Kiplyn Davis case is expected to change his plea to guilty today in court.
Davis is the Spanish Fork teenager who disappeared a decade ago, but no one's ever found her body.
Scott Brunson, a former schoolmate, initially pleaded innocent to six counts of making false statements to an FBI agent and a grand jury.
But now Brunson has struck a deal with federal prosecutors. He's the first of five suspects accused of lying in the case to come foward.
