- Selling Christmas stuff in September is a travesty
Debbie is noticing more and more stores are starting Christmas sales in September--it's an epidemic! She's appalled by it.
- A restaurant that doesn't allow kids: peaceful or mean-spirited?
Children who are "crying or making loud noises" are not allowed inside Old Fisherman's Grotto in California. The restaurant is serious about this policy — and people aren't sure what to make of it. Debbie says, Good! We have senior housing communities where kids can't live. Why not restaurants?
- This school gives students half credit for assignments they didn't do
Should we give students half credit for an assignment they didn't do? A school in Florida has that policy...they say, no zeros! 50% is the lowest possible grade. One teacher was fired for not following that policy. Debbie HATES it. She says, why are we giving participation trophies for not participating?
- We need to stop doing dumb things on Lime scooters
A new report from the Washington Post found that emergency rooms have seen a spike in incidents involving electric scooters. One particular hospital in Salt Lake City reported a 161 percent increase in scooter injuries—from 8 injuries over a four-month time span in 2017 to 21 in that same time period this year. Debbie says, I told you so!

- Everything you need to know about new accusations against Judge Kavanaugh
A bombshell charge lodged by a woman from Kavanaugh's years at Yale University. Her name is Deborah Ramirez. She claims -- in the pages of the New Yorker to reporter Ronan Farrow -- that Kavanaugh exposed himself to her at a drunken dormitory party. Debbie says he's a goner. Dave says when your representation is on the line, you fight to the death.
- The craziest political attack ad you'll ever hear
AWKWARD: You ever had a dispute with your siblings? A political ad in Arizona shows a batch of voters detailing why Republican Congressman Paul Gosar is bad for Arizona. It wasn't until the end of the one-minute spot that the voters were revealed...they were his siblings.
- Are people taking advantage of rules allowing for emotional support animals?
Seeing more emotional support animals on planes? A recent report say there's been a 75 percent increase in the last couple of years. Biting, barking, snapping, urinating and defecating. Gross.
- Do we go too crazy for the new iPhones?
When an iPhone drops, the world stops! The iPhone XS, the XS Max and the XR started selling this weekend. Producer Andrew was one of those crazy people you saw standing in line at Fashion Place mall waiting for a new iPhone.

Today, we speak to the Utah Patients Coalition, the primary group touting proposition 2. DJ Schanz is the campaign director for the Utah Patients Coalition, fighting in support of prop 2. He is here with Christine Stenquist who is a medical marijuana patient.
- Ticketmaster is EVIL.
THIS STORY LEFT DAVE FUMING: Ticketmaster is now accused of running what looks like an underground ticket scalping project that may be driving up prices and costing consumers like Dave millions. There's no federal law against ticket scalping but Ticketmaster has publicly opposed the practice in the past.

- Would you want guns to be allowed at your church?
A gun accidentally went off inside a church on Sunday, sending a bullet into a classroom with teenagers, according to police. Fortunately, no one was injured. A 74-year-old man was between the double-glass doors at the church's entrance when a .22-caliber revolver that he was carrying unholstered in his backpack went off.
