RICHFIELD — The Department of Public Safety has identified the 54-year-old ATV driver who was killed in a collision with another vehicle on Monday in Richfield.

Utah Highway Patrol said about 4 p.m. Monday, Jack Becker, of Richfield, was driving a utility terrain vehicle north on Main Street near 1100 South. A Hyundai Elantra was traveling south near the same intersection.

UHP said the ATV turned left in front of the Elantra at 1100 South and was struck "broadside" by the Elantra, resulting in the ATV rolling.

Becker was not restrained and was ejected in the crash. He was transported to the hospital but later died.

A pregnant passenger in the Elantra was transported to the hospital as a precaution.
