(Salt Lake City-AP) -- Police in Sandy have released a description of the suspect in an armed robbery of a drug store.
The heist happened at a Rite Aide pharmacy Sunday. The suspect pulled a handgun, demanded the powerful painkiller Oxycontin, and left the store.
The robber is described as a white man in his late 20s with short brown hair and dark eyes. He was around five feet, ten inches tall, with a husky build -- about 160 pounds. He was wearing a dark ball cap, and got away in a white, two-door sports car.
There have been a string of pharmacy thefts involving the Oxycontin drug lately. It's not clear yet if this case is connected to the others, but police are asking anyone with information to call them.
