CENTERVILLE -- The world's largest display of oranges is in Centerville. It took 25 employees four hours Tuesday night to set up this display at the Fresh Market store at 84 W. Parish Lane.
When they were all done, there were 322,000 oranges -- or 164,000 pounds -- on display. Store manager Brian Waddoups said he hopes the oranges won't be around long.
"We're not hoping to sell them, we're going to sell them," Waddoups said.
He has about a month. The oranges will stay good until after the first of the year.
