SALT LAKE CITY -- The latest numbers are in and it's official, Utahns have a lot of children and we are the most married state.
Those are just some of the findings in the 2008 American Community Survey.
Other interesting findings:
- Utah has the least number of disabled people, about 8.9 percent
- There are more men than women in the state
- And we're young, with the median age at 28 years old, compared to nearly 37 nationwide
- And we came in number one for having babies; 82 in every 1,000 women gave birth last year.
