NORTH OGDEN, Utah (AP) -- A Ogden elementary school will soon have a new home after a land-swap deal is given approval.
The city and Weber School District OK'd the deal.
The proposed land swap would put North Ogden Elementary in the southeast corner of North Ogden Park, which is the home to the old swimming pool.
The old school's location would be available for parking and other uses.
Officials said the school is the one of the oldest buildings in the district.
There is no time frame of when the school would be built because the district does not have funding for the project yet.
