(KSL News) Today a judge will decide if there's enough evidence to go to trial in the capital murder case against Jack Brown.
Brown is charged with beating, kidnapping and shooting Trisha Stubbs. Nearly a year ago, hikers found Stubbs' body on a trail near Toquerville.

Two other people involved in the case, Kyle Jensen and Tina Roberts, have already accepted plea deals. Both testified earlier this week at the beginning of the preliminary hearing.
