SALT LAKE COUNTY -- Early voting begins Tuesday, Sept. 1 for the twelve Salt Lake County cities holding primary elections.

County Clerk Sherrie Swensen reiterates residents can vote in her office, by mail or at an early voting location before Election Day.

"Voters do not need to be unable to vote at their assigned Election Day polling place in order to utilize these convenient voting options," said Swensen. Early voting is available at the County Clerk's office (2100 South State Street, S1100) every weekday from now until September 11th from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
