SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Utah health officials are reporting a 17th death related to swine flu in the state.
Charla Haley, a spokeswoman for the Utah Department of Health, says a Davis County woman died July 24 but swine flu wasn't confirmed until last week.
So far, 294 people in the state have been hospitalized because of swine flu this year.
State health officials expect the virus to become more active this fall and winter.
