(KSL News) The flu season is kicking into gear in Utah.
Right now seven people have been hospitalized.
The Health Department says it's not too late to get a flu shot and the vaccine is available right now.
. In addition to getting a flu, shot doctors recommend simple things to reduce the risk of getting sick. We know them, we just need to do them.
Tips for Reducing Flu Risk
1. Cover your mouth and nose with kleenex when you cough or sneeze. 2. Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. 3. Stay away from other people when you are sick.
