SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- The Utah Transit Authority says its light-rail service will operate on a Sunday schedule for the Fourth of July holiday.

UTA says TRAX, as well as UTA buses, will operate on a Sunday schedule on both Friday and Saturday. However, TRAX will have extended evening service at night to accommodate people who go out to watch fireworks.

Details on the TRAX schedules are available at www.rideuta.com.

FrontRunner will not operate on Friday or Saturday.
