ST. GEORGE, Utah (AP) -- Authorities say a man has died on a mountain-biking trail in Washington County in southern Utah.
County sheriff's deputies say 40-year-old Joseph Manning, of Avondale, Pa., died Sunday in the Little Creek area. He was mountain biking with friends but became separated from them. His friends found him near a pool of water but emergency workers couldn't revive him.
Manning's body has been sent to the state medical examiner for an autopsy. Washington County Sheriff's Chief Deputy Rob Tersigni says foul play is not suspected.
