LEHI -- Police arrested an American Fork man for a road rage incident that ended with a woman stabbed.
Police say the man was angry that the woman cut him off as she exited I-15 in Lehi on Sunday. He followed her to a nearby Park and Ride lot. They got out of their vehicles and began to argue. Police say the man stabbed the woman in the stomach with a pocketknife and drove away.
The Daily Herald reports the woman got into her car and began to drive, but a passenger in her car took over and drove her to a hospital. She has since recovered.
The next day officers tracked down the suspect, 32-year-old Michael Sean Leblanc, using DNA evidence and the help of a witness. They say he admitted to stabbing the woman.
Leblanc was booked into the Utah County Jail on a charge of aggravated assault
