OREM-- A blast from the past is making a comeback for homemakers. But this kitchen favorite has a little more style.
They're not just aprons, they're flirty aprons, and they're selling like crazy in Orem and on the Web. But why?
Flirty Aprons CEO Joseph Hansen said, "It makes them feel thin, it makes them feel pretty and attractive. It makes them feel more womanly when they wear the apron."
Heansen says women like it because it takes them back to a simpler time. He also says women are not just using them in the kitchen. "From cleaning, to entertaining, to yard work. We didn't know people would use them for such a variety of tasks," he said.
Flirty Aprons is planning on franchising out this year to four different states.
