(KSL News) Utah Highway Patrol troopers busted a man who they say was driving through Utah with 350 pounds of marijuana.

UHP says a trooper pulled over a Dodge Caravan on Interstate 80 and 5900 West for speeding Friday night. The trooper's drug dog immediately locked onto the vehicle, and when the trooper searched it, he found three suitcases filled with pot.

The driver, Brian White of California, took off and the trooper followed him to an empty parking lot at the airport. White then tried to flee on foot, but a police dog took him down and officers arrested him.

Troopers say White was taking the pot to Chicago.
