Text messages are getting some attention in the legal fight over a supposed child bride of Warren Jeffs.

The 14-year-old girl is in Texas state custody, but someone has been texting her on how to behave. Text messages say, "please stay angry," "we need you to keep crying, pout, sleep in," and "crying will get you what you want."

The San Angelo Standard-Times says court records show the girl's mother snuck in the phone, but the text messages are coming from a contact labeled "POP." The messages were received between Jan. 15 and Jan. 21.

Now, her guardians want to halt visitation and phone contact between the two.

Prosecutor say this is the same girl Warren Jeffs is kissing in a picture after their marriage. She was 12 years old at the time.

Law enforcement surrounded the FLDS ranch in Eldorado, Texas, on April 3, 2008. They had a search warrant and were looking for a 16-year-old girl who claimed she had been beaten and raped by her husband.

More than 400 children were seized in the raid on suspicion they were being sexually and physically abused. Most have been returned to their parents.
