(KSL News) Hundreds of homes in Emigration Canyon are without power tonight. Rocky Mountain Power says the outage was caused by downed power poles and wires at the Mountain Dell substation.
Deep snow has made the area tough to access, and crews will need a SnowCat to reach the lines.
Crews are working through the night, but Rocky Mountain Power says power will not likely be restored until morning.
