(KSL News) A snowmobiler has been rescued after his machine became stuck, forcing him to spend the night on the Skyline Drive in Sanpete County.

The 58-year-old man from Millard County was snowmobiling north of Fairview Canyon. This morning, volunteers with the Sanpete County Search and Rescue started searching, and he was spotted from a airplane around noon.

Crews on the ground reached the man, who they credit with being prepared for the winter conditions. Other than being hungry, the man was in good condition.
