(KSL News) A motion hearing is scheduled this afternoon for a man accused of lying to a grand jury.
Christopher Jeppson is charged with perjury in the investigation of missing Spanish Fork teen, Kiplyn Davis. Kiplyn disappeared on May 2nd, 1995.
So far two men, Timmy Brent Olsen and Scott Brunson, have been found guilty on similar charges.
A murder trial against Olsen, the prime suspect in Kiplyn's murder, is scheduled to begin sometime in October.
