HALLOWEEN — The most exciting time of the year is when the leaves start to change, the weather gets a bit cooler and Target rolls out its holiday decor. This year, one of the store's new Halloween decorations has been creating some laughs rather than spooks from shoppers.
The 8-foot Light and Sound Pumpkin 'Lewis' Halloween Ghoul looks like just any other jack-o'-lantern with a ghoul-like body, but unlike most jack-o'lanterns, this one lets you know that its name is not Jack.
The Halloween Ghoul features pre-recorded sounds such as "Happy Halloween, my little ghoul," and the fan favorite, "I am not a jack-o'-lantern! My name is Lewis."
It's an unexpected message from a scary decoration that's designed to spook, which makes it all the more entertaining. After going viral on social media, many Targets have sold out of 'Lewis' the Halloween Ghoul despite its high price tag.
