SPINNING THE WHEEL — Former NFL running back Rashad Jennings surely spent a lot of time watching film during his seven-year pro career.

He apparently didn't watch a lot of films, though.

Jennings, who spent time with the Jaguars, the Raiders and Giants, participated on the NFL version of "Celebrity Wheel of Fortune" that aired Wednesday. And he tried to prepare his fans for what was coming.

"You will definitely get a laugh," Jennings posted on Instagram in a tease for the episode.

And laugh we did.

Jennings needed just one letter — the Q — to complete the puzzle, "Driving to Reno with Quentin Tarantino."

Yet, he still did not recognize the iconic Hollywood director.

"I wish I could help, I really do," host Pat Sajak said.

So instead of solving the puzzle, Jennings guessed P for the final letter. Yes, P.

Look, I get if you haven't seen a Quentin Tarantino movie, or if you've never heard of him — there are plenty of directors I wouldn't know — but Puentin? Come on, Rashad! Context clues!

"No, no, I'm sorry no," Sajak said as the audience collectively groaned.

Luckily his NFL career went a little better than his "Wheel of Fortune" debut. At least, it was good for a laugh.
