FLORIDA — I've never owned a dog, but from what I've seen and heard they're some of the most animated and joyous animals around. I totally respect their ability to live in the moment and share their happiness.
I'm more of a cat guy, you see. And while there are many things I love about cats, there's no way I'd ever compare their personality to that of a dog. My cats have tended to be laid back and reclusive. They might show affection from time to time, but it seems like they're usually just hoping to get food. Yes, I feel manipulated. But I still love them.
Dogs, on the other hand, don't just save their happiness for humans, as seen in this video.
This little rendezvous between "Kami," the boxer, and a local horse took place in Jacksonville, Florida, as the caption states. It also says that while the dog played a little with the horse, she returned to her owner's call.
Looks to me like Kami is a natural with horses. That horse seemed even happier to see Kami than she was to see it.
